BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

  • Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card when the booking is made.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail via the email provided during booking. Please make sure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive a confirmation email from our system within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
  • Making payment through our online payment gateway shall be regarded as your firm confirmation of arrival.
  • Reservations are confirmed by our system once guaranteed by your payment. Changes of arrival/departure date are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

  • Your credit/debit card will be charged 100% of the total amount of your booking.

  • The charge will appear on your card statement as a charge by our resort in Thai Baht or in your local credit card currency converted from Thai Baht by our bank at their conversion rate applicable on that day.

CHECK IN /CHECK OUT

  • The resort will ask for your credit/debit card during check-in, this is done simply to cover the cost of expenses during your stay like meals, drinks and etc. This credit/debit card must be the same as the one used for the online booking payment.

  • During check out, a different credit/debit card can be used if necessary of course.
  • Unless specified otherwise, the check in time is 2:00 pm in the afternoon and the check out time is 11:00 am
  • Customer must arrive on the specified arrival date. Rooms will be held for a maximum of 1 night before cancellation with no refund.
  • The day of check in if you are late or delayed due to boat transfer times or a missed flight etc, please inform us by phone as soon as possible prior to your check in time. We are always happy to accommodate our customer’s transportation schedule within reason.

AMENDMENTS

  • Any changes to accommodation requirements must be made within the first 3 days of payment confirmation, any changes must of course be subject to room availability at that time.
  • EXTENSION OF STAY: Please contact our reception
  • SHORTENING OF STAY: The shortening of stay including reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subject to our cancellation policy as detailed below.

ONLINE RATES

  • Rates quoted on this website are deeply discounted, completely free of taxes and service charges. These special rates are only available when you make a payment for your booking in advance via our website.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY, EARLY CHECK OUT, AND/OR DO NOT ARRIVE

  • All cancellations must be made in writing, cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
  • Cancellation made: more than 90 days prior to date of arrival will receive a full refund of the total booking,┬áminus bank administration fee.
  • Cancellation made: 89-60 days prior to date of arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking less bank administration fee.
  • Cancellation made: less than 60 days prior to date of arrival are subject to a strict no refund policy.
  • Customers who do not arrive or those that check out early will not be entitled to any refund.
  • Any refund will be issued within 7 days to the form that was used for the booking.
